We came across Sheree entirely by accident in early 2005 when we were in the initial stages of searching for a new home in the Lakeway area. We had recently relocated from London (UK) and we really had no idea what we were looking for. The first thing that struck us about Sheree was her energy level and enthusiasm in wanting to help us. Over the following weeks, Sheree previewed numerous properties and made sure SHE understood exactly what we were looking for even if we didn’t.
When we eventually found a home, Sheree negotiated and followed through on the purchase in a manner that we could not believe… it was like she was buying HER OWN HOME. She would go at least once a week to check on the builders progress (it was a new home) and we truly never worried for a second as we were in the most capable hands possible with Sheree.
When we decided to sell our home a year later (due to another relo to California) we did not hesitate to make Sheree our realtor. She made sure the marketing side as handled in an effective, outstanding way as well as gave us lots of great tips to make sure the home showed like a model. The price that Sheree listed the home for was exactly where we had hoped and due to lots of hard work from Sheree, she secured the sale of the home within 6 weeks of the place going on the market… at a price we were happy with! She never let up and again, treated the sale as if she were selling her own house. She doesn’t leave any stone unturned.

After looking at the property for the first time, within minutes of us leaving the property, Sheree had already sent us information about the property we were viewing as well as comparable properties in the area. When we asked about different properties, she sent us that information quickly and efficiently.
After we decided to purchase the property, Sheree negotiated the price of the property extremely well and represented us as the buyers with the utmost concern. The air conditioner has been broken over half of the lease, the house was gross when we moved in, including a roach infestation, they painted over hair on the bathroom wall and it smells like pee, many of the plugs in the house don't work.
