Austin is HOT! We are exceeding all expectation for growth and property values. Lake front property is sizzling. The downtown condo scene is booming. Investors, 1st time homebuyers and 2nd home buyers are finding great nitche areas while sellers are having to buy before they sell.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
There is never a dull moment. Every home is unique, every seller or buyer is different. The rewards are unmatched when you see the face of someone that has just found their dream home. Or, you celebrate with your new found friends that have just had a successful closing.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Keeping up with our changing trends and market. Every home is special and I have to decide how to market to the target audience. That means I can't just enjoy the people, I have to keep up with technology.

I took a listing that had previously been on the market for 428 days with another agent. It was a very unique, high end property that needed some updating. With the right marketing, we sold it for asking price in only 40 days!

Know what you are good at and surround yourself with those that are good at what you are not.
