My greatest attribute in real estate sales is that I listen and observe which enables me to find a house that the client will love, very quickly and with a monthly payment that is actually comfortable as opposed to the maximum that they were able to qualify for. I do not subscribe to the theory that I should sell you the most house you can buy but rather a great place where you can be comfortable and not have to stress out that you will not be able to make a payment if something unexpected comes up one month (this is real life and things do come up occasionally).
