Ryan Appleton sell a previous house with Terry Godbold and would recommend them to other home sellers.
I was pleased at first to work with Terry ebut as soon as I expressed one tiny element of dissatisfaction with his cleanup crew over e-mail... quite professionally, I felt... I was told "he could help me find another agent" and I never heard from him again after a 3-4 week investment with this person. I was really surprised but told by others that this kind of behavior was typical of him.
