This Agent Paula Samford refuses to pay bill for services rendered for 3 homes she listed!!!! Do you want to work with an Agent that does NOT pay the bills related to selling or buying a home from her??? Think twice before using her or you could end up with a “workers lean” against your home as a result of her not paying her bills ob your listing!!! It's been over a tear and still waiting to be paid!!!
