He is the typical landlord or slumlord...drives around in several mercedes benx while trying to con his hard working middle class tenants out of every penny he can. He is not respectful of tenants privacy and complain if he has to fix anything in a rental house. He does the minimal work necessary to get you into a home then charges you rediculous charges when you move out to try and recoop his losses. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!

When I moved out, they try to take me for every penny of my deposit although the house was left in good condition. This man is a con man who drives around in a 100k car while all the time trying to nickle and dime his clients. He has no consideration for hard working tenants and does the least possible work on a property when you move in and tries to take all of your deposit when you move out of a house. I am in the process of looking for an attorney to get some of my money back. His office people are rude and unprofessional.
