Having Paul was very helpful in that he asked all the questions that I, for sure, may have forgotten to ask until I've moved into my new living space (and paid all my fees!). I was more focused on costs rather than all of the possible, available amenities that I may be entitled to. Overall my experience felt very secure in that I had someone to help me keep track of all the right questions when finding a new apartment.
