I want to let people know that Larry Burklow is the best marketing Realtor in Texas. In a very tight market and with 150+ homes for sale in Steiner Ranch, with less than 10 sales per month, Larry maximized the marketing of my home so I had the best exposure to all available buyers. What a job he did and we were in contract in 59-days, well below the market average. If you want your home to sell, get the best price and without any hassles, you have to call Larry and he will get the job done !!!

We weren't really looking to buy or sell a home but came across Larry at an open house that he had put on. Within a couple of months (less if it had not been for the Holiday season), we had bought and sold a home. My wife and I really liked Larry and felt that he would listen to us and do what was best for us. He was always available and receptive to any comments or questions that we had, no matter how many and how ridiculous they may have been. He truly put me at ease throughout the process and offered many helpful tips along the way. We don't plan on buying or selling any time soon but if we do, I hope that Larry is around. He has set the standard for us on what to expect from a realtor. I wouldn't choose anyone other than Larry.

He was diligent and thorough throughout, first by explaining the way to attract buyers to my house, which sold in a very reasonable amount of time; and then as my buying agent he was patient in showing me the homes I selected, and (a little secret) he has a way of writing an introduction letter about me to the sellers that made my offer attractive to the seller while being advantageous to me AND his negotiations got me everything I wanted and more! Since the lending process had changed since I last bought, thru his advice I was able to get a loan that makes me very comfortable with my payment. His enthusiastic responses to the varying demands that arose, constantly exceeded my expectations.
