Austin is growing fast. There are constantly new developments. There is a major trend right now to grow the number of residents living in the downtown area. This has led to many high-rise condos being built downtown. According the city's plan for downtown growth, there is still a room for even more residences in that area.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy working with and helping people. I also enjoy being my own boss and having a flexible schedule.

The most challenging issue is to juggle all the tasks that have to be completed as an agent with a busy schedule.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My grandfather did pretty well as a real estate investor and always inspires me to achieve what he achieved. All the other successful real estate agents that I read about or meet also greatly inspire me to improve my business.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Just do it! I have talked to many successful people and one thing they always seem to say is that you have to just get out there and do it. Don't hesitate or wait for the perfect moment. You can't be scared, you just have to experience it. The more you do it, the better you get.
