Rob is lazy and ignores details which can cost his client. His opinions are useless because he does nothing but point out the obvious. A client expects a realtor to look with a somewhat critical eye, but Rob is incapable of doing this. Based on my experience with Rob, he does not have the client's best interests in mind.
