Kevin was an excellent agent- attentive,knowledgeable, professional and delivered on his promise of finding us a home. Given he had short notice to accomplish this, he always maintained a positive attitude and followed up on every lead. He was very busy, yet focused on us as though we were his number one priority. We have moved many, many times and would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is in need of a Real Estate Agent in this area.

In short, a JOKE! Steve was the listing agent on a home that I purchased. He was terrible to get a hold of, wouldn't give my realtor answers, made all communication go through his assistant lisa, (which she was wonderful might I add) dishonest etc... I didn't even have a realtor when i started looking at the house that was listed by him. Called him to view the house 3 times, never returned the call. At the time of closing on the house, the seller didn't even want Steve near her or at the title company. She was livid with him. Steve is horrible and I don't understand how he's still in the business.

Amie was great. We were first time home buyers and had no fixed idea in our minds about what we were looking for in our new home. Amie was always patient and she educated us about things to look for and things to avoid while looking for a home. She listened to our needs and helped us discover what was most important to us and showed us houses that very closely matched our expectations. After a while it started to seem like she could just look at our faces and read our minds. Even after we picked out the house we wanted to buy, Amie did a lot of market analysis and research and guided us through the whole negotiation process. She was always straightforward and honest with us and let us know when we were overreaching. Looking at houses with Amie was also a lot of fun. We would look forward to our house hunting weekends with her. House buying can get stressful when you’re looking for the perfect house but Amie’s great sense of humor and light hearted spirit made our whole house buying experience a very enjoyable one. We will always go back to Amie if we ever want to look for another house and recommend her to anyone who wants a positive home buying experience. Thank you again Amie for all of your help!

Crook-dishonest. unprofessional. He give professional real estate agents a horrid look into how the real estate profession can be full of lies. He is leasing agent who lies and steels money from renters. I would hate to be in a deal where I was a buyer and he was one of the agents on the deal. He is a crook.

In a van down by the river... I used Tim Moncrief when purchasing my first home here in Austin Texas. Like any first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing. Tim walked me through all the steps of buying the house, showed me multiple great places, and did all the dirty work in getting the deal done. Tim was available anytime I had a questions about ... well anything and everything. The process was so easy that I talked to and about Tim on my radio talk show. Since purchasing my house, I've contacted Tim multiple times with questions about painting, floors, and other home renovations. In every instance, without hesitation, Tim has been there for me. I was Kim's first transaction as a realtor, and she represented me as a buyer's agent. She was enthuastic, and worked with me as I sorted through many homes. She was professional, courteous, and pretty tolerant of my over picky and analytical tendencies. I found a home that I am so very comfortable with, at a price that I can live with, and even helped me get hooked up with a mortage lender so my payments worked out as well. I would recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for a hard working agent that is friendly to work with and knows her stuff.

Steve Bluestone bought rental property in my neighborhood. Our neighborhood primarly consists of 25-30 years homeowners. He bought the house and immediatly put in at least 3-4 families in a 3 bedroom(maybe 1500 sq ft)home. When you drive buy you can immediately tell its a rental. Trash,tires and furniture are in the front yard. I have called him several times asking him to do something---he is always nice to me when he talks to me but then NOTHING HAPPENS!!!His property is a total eyesore and is DEVALUING all the property in the neighborhood. He would not allow this in his neighborhood. Its OK for him to ruin our neighborhood. However he sends out mailers asking for you to be his realtor---DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! If He ever get a foothold in your neighborhood your property values will go down. Show him that you care about your neighbor hood.
