Since I work with new homebuyers, as well as families who want to upgrade their home my market range
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The new toll roads that recently opened up have allowed many homebuyers the option to buy in more affordable areas and still have easy access to wherever they're going. The commuter rail will be up and running very soon too!
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love every home I preview, whether it's new or old. I can visualize it's potential. I also enjoy helping people through the process. It's important to me that they understand and it's my job to make that happen.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are two challenges I think most serious agents are faced with everyday. 1) The agents who don't take their jobs seriously 2) the changes in the lending industry. If you aren't ready to help you client understand these challenges then you won't be doing your job.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I enjoy working with teachers. Many single teachers don't realize they can own their own home. I enjoy helping them find a program that works for them and helping them into their dream home.

My integrity is my best characteristic. I value honesty in my communications with my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My family is my inspiration. They know how much I love working in Real Estate and want me to be successful.

Treat people the way you would want to be treated.
