This agent represented the seller in a recent transaction that fell through for me. In my opinion, she is why people think Realtors are slimy. Even though I was the first offer on the table, they got another offer and the realtor lobbied for that one because the other offer had no representation (meaning more commission for her). We made every concession they asked for, offered more than full price and a 5-day option period, the sellers went with the other offer. In fact, I would surprised if my offer was presented at all.

If I were Diane Dopson, I would not want here representing my name. She is unethical according to the Realtor Code of Ethics. If you come across her in a transaction, run fast! I would never want to do business with this woman ever again.
