Jana Birdwell operates on her charm. She lacks follow through. In our case, she also agreed to a $4,000 payment to us that she later reneged upon, claiming that she agreed to something different. Shame on us for not putting it in writing. Shame on us for ****uming competency, honesty and integrity. Shame on her for her forgetfulness or?? She knows the market but beware her dealing with inspection issues, deadlines, etc. My wife and I have bought over 23 properties and sold almost as many over the years and have never had an agent whose follow through lacked to the extent we found in our experience with Jana Birdwell. She's a good person, but beware!
