Couldn't deliver on what she promised. She would NEVER return phone calls. I fired her and had another Realtor to sell my home weeks later. Very poor service! It was a horrible experience, I would never recommend to anyone. Unless I hated them!

We bought it, but it was the worst experience we have ever had with an agent. S C-T would never return calls and if not for the relocation company we had to use, we would have dropped her like a hot potato. But we stuck with her, and ended up with a property with SEVERE foundation problems- and she knew about it because the seller told us that they had told her. She filled out the Sellers Disclosure for them! And we were foolish enough to use the inspector that she recommended. This person is not trustworthy- no actually she is a slick con artist if there ever was one, and no one should buy a property from this person.
