- I enjoy counseling clients and helping with their selling and buying. I love helping people acheive their intended real estate objective.

- Breaking through some of the preconceived notions about real estate agents. Unlike some agents I am a full time Realtor(r) putting the clients interest first.

- Too many, but I guess the best was working with an active gunny stationed in Okinawa looking for a place to retire. Through the wonders of the internet we reviewed found and closed on a 25 acre where he is now happily retired. or Could be the grandma who sold and downsized to a much newer home saving appx $1000 per month in utilities which she now happily spend traveling.

- Patient but persistant and a good analytica listener.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My biggest inspiration comes from my past clients.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Treat every cleint or customer fairly and honestly and never give up.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Where I am now as the weather is great and most always there is something new and interesting going on.
