Trina Bell buy a previous house with Charles R Porter and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I bought a townhouse from this guy and, because my loan did not come through on time, he offered to let me move in before the closing. Boy, was that a mistake! I just want to warn any single women to NEVER EVER let this guy get you alone with him. He kept coming around under the pretense of checking the cable, then the floors, then the bathrooms etc. A real creep. I finally closed, 20 days late, and come to find out, the delay was because he never got the ****ociation papers to the closing- and it was his property! Then, after closing, he came around again, but this time my finance came in while he was poking around and he threw him out. Just look out for this guy. He is a lecherous creep.
