Downtown Condominiums are going up still. There is a lot of New home development throughout Texas.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love to help people get into a new home. Nothing in this world is more exciting than purchasing a home, either first time or for the 10th time.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Survival. If you can survive in this industry for over 5 years then you have the knowledge and skills to keep you clients happy.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a client who had got divorce and had 2 children and was in foreclosure. I was able to secure her a loan and find her a home. She has been in her home for over 5 years. She has now refinanced and is enjoying her life.

What is your best characteristic?
My personality.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My family inspires me the most. I strive to be loving and caring like my parents are to others.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't worry so much. If you just wait a bit things will work out. I have really found that to be true.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Texas!!! You have everything you need here and more. I am always finding something new each week.
