Does anyone know where Bret Penderson is? He had us evicted in July 2006 under false pretences. He them filed a judgement on my husband for rent that was paid. Our property address was 1397 Lochspring, Rockwall, TX. We now can't find this man to get this matter settled. He is a fraud and a con artist. If anyone knows where he is please contact me at above email address. If I find him I will inform anyone who wants to know his where abouts. If there is a landlord out there by the name of Ed Berg please contact me. I really think Bret used Ed Berg as an alias.

The house we rented was foreclosed on and we have not been able to get any deposits or anything back. This guy is a fraud....

Bret Pedersen rented a house to me from August 2006 to July 2007. I gave well over my 30 day notice to vacate the property, was never late on payment and left that house cleaner than when I moved in. I have still not received my security deposit back, and it is over 70 days past due. I have persistently tried to contact Bret by calling dozens of times everyday and sending multiple faxes daily. I got a hold of him once and he ****ured me that the deposit would be sent, but that was 2 months ago. I have taken actions to take Bret to small claims court to receive my deposit back. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

Our property has been managed by Bret Pedersen, but in August 2007, he completely ignored our calls- to his cell phone, office phone, and email. He still owes us 3 months of rent! I recently found out he has been operating without a real estate license since 1/2006. Don't trust him. Count your losses and use a different management company.

Is Bret in business? Bret has been managing three homes for me for years. I have tried to contact Bret in August & September 2007, but there is no answer at his office and his cell phone has been disconnected? Does anyone know if Petersen Property Management has gone out of business or been sold?
