Kara Lee is brilliant. She found us our dream home in a city that we knew nothing about. She is organized, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and hard working.

She is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. (I had 2 previous Realtors and was really not looking forward to any more bad experiences that wasted my time.) I am so glad I met her!!! She knew immediately what I wanted/needed. She was prompt, many times patiently waiting on me. She understood my work schedule and had everything ready to go when I was available. She was always positive and encouraging when things didn't work out. She never gave up on me or finding me the perfect home. I cannot say enough about her. I HIGHLY recommend Kara-Lee!

Michele was the listing agent for the property my husband & I purchased. My agent stated she had worked with her many times & was always pleased with her. Our closing went well, only a few problems from our lender, however, when documentation was needed, Michele very quickly provided everything was requested. Our agent never had a problem reaching her either and she even met us at the property since our agent could not. I, my husband and our agent all would recommend Michele for any transaction that might come her way. The other messages left on this site, we found to be untrue with this agent. We would recommend her anytime to anyone. Thanks, Michele!

Received a call from my agent about the review i placed on line. He states that Michele was not aware of the back taxes on the home and it was the seller that caused the close date to push back. I believe this to be true. However, this review is my opinion and mine alone. I will stand by my opinion no matter the threat of legal action or not.

I would not recommend using this agent for anything. If I would have found out how she really acts I would have passed on the house I bought. She is rude, She flat out LIES(my agent and I both caught her telling us totally lies), She is lazy, she will not return phone calls(goes directly to voicemail) and she tried to add fees that were not in the contract. She kept letting the close date get pushed back. She also tried to sell the house with back taxes owed. And of course she tried to play stupid. She might not have been playing now that I think about it. I would recommend that you do not deal with this lady, she is a worthless agent. She works with Excel realty. BEWARE.

Super impersonal. The fortunate son of five generations of wealthy land managers. He is very knowledgeable, but it is only used to cover his ass and excuse his obtrusive manner. He does not communicate well and I even received many notes from him, none of which were clearly made out to me. I spent more time wondering who notes were for and from than I spent acting on them. Most importantly, the man is disorganized. He consistently loses payments and blames clients for his mistakes. Not someone you want to work with. His survival in the business depends solely on the four generations of wealth accumulated before his time.

Refuses to return phonecalls. Condescending attitude once contacted...Move along, lots of other fish in the sea.

Perhaps the reason this broker is not responding to calls is because she may not have authority from the owner to list the home.

I have been trying to reach this agent regarding a property for over ten days. She has NEVER return one single phone call. I wouldn't buy a home from this agent if she were the last agent on earth. I wish I knew where I could report her. She is the most uncaring person I have ever dealt with. Beware!!!
