Hedgecoke has a home for rent in my neighborhood. At about 1 PM today, 8/28/11, I went to look at it. The door was unlocked, as is usually the case for rent houses. I was there for about 20 minutes when a woman and man entered, the woman asked me what I was doing there, I told her looking at the house, she asked how I got in, I told her the door was unlocked, she stated the door was unlocked bc the home had been broken into and told me to get the f*** out. I went home, called the # listed to speak to Gary, the owner, she answered and stated she was the owner and that she had gotten my license plate # and was filing a police report on me for breaking and entering. BBB and Amarillo Association of Realtors here I come, and thank goodness for social networking.

We had Leased a home through Hedgecoke for 1 year. Had made our payments and kept an open line of Communication and the day our lease was up and were moving out he Evicted us even though we had already told them we were moving. He brought falsified paperwork to court and we disproved 90% of his evidence. I do not recommend leasing or buying a home or apartment from this realtor. Thank You!!!!

Living in Alabama, and unable to tend to the details of getting a home ready for sale, Jamie bent over backwards to take care of such things as changing the locks, having the house cleaned, complying with inspectors requirements and other things. She is very knowlegable of the market in Amarillo and innovative when it comes to "closing the deal". I recogmend her highly and am getting ready to list a second house from Mr. Burns' estate in the next few days. Mike Damoff, Mobile Alabama

HORRIBLE This man is very unprofessional on top of the fact that his properties are filthy and badly maintaned. If there is an issue with your rental good luck getting it fixed. Oh and when you fill out the form about the damage that was there when you moved in, you can guarantee that it will be listed later as reasons your deposit was not returned. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague. It will save you a lot of time and trouble. It would have saved me health problems. My property had mold that was never dealt with.

Marka worked hard and has stuck with us for several years now as we worked to clear credit issues and finances to prepare to purchase a home. She has advised us with smart advice and has been very patient through these years as we have struggled. Now the time has come and we are lucky to get to share our special moment that we have prepared for with Marka. ALL of us are ready for this one!!

Good Friday Morning! I just wanted to write you guys and let ya’ll know that we are finally starting to get situated in our new home, and we are enjoying it immensely, and we can’t thank you enough for everything you guys did for us. Bought a home in Aug 08 with Wayne Osteen as my agent. He was Knowlegeble, fast, and got me exactly what I needed. He even ****isted me after the closing with the home warranty company that I was having a hard time with. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Not only is he a great agent but a wonderfull person as well.

We made an offer to buy a new home from this company and the agent never even took the offer to the builder. When we went to Mr. Jeffers to discuss the matter, he was very rude, cursed at us and told us to get out of his office. As we were walking out, he followed us spitting and yelling. Bizarre. We have never been treated so rudely at any business. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE- THEY ARE ROTTEN TO THE CORE, AND RANDY JEFFERS IS THE REASON WHY.

Helped with everything. Was great with the kids, always made sure we understood, but didn't talk down to us. I will be using Richard for all of our real estate needs. He is a good guy!
