Hedgecoke has a home for rent in my neighborhood. At about 1 PM today, 8/28/11, I went to look at it. The door was unlocked, as is usually the case for rent houses. I was there for about 20 minutes when a woman and man entered, the woman asked me what I was doing there, I told her looking at the house, she asked how I got in, I told her the door was unlocked, she stated the door was unlocked bc the home had been broken into and told me to get the f*** out. I went home, called the # listed to speak to Gary, the owner, she answered and stated she was the owner and that she had gotten my license plate # and was filing a police report on me for breaking and entering. BBB and Amarillo Association of Realtors here I come, and thank goodness for social networking.

We had Leased a home through Hedgecoke for 1 year. Had made our payments and kept an open line of Communication and the day our lease was up and were moving out he Evicted us even though we had already told them we were moving. He brought falsified paperwork to court and we disproved 90% of his evidence. I do not recommend leasing or buying a home or apartment from this realtor. Thank You!!!!
