- I was told 3 times the week of the closing that my clients' loan was declined, I absolutely refused to accept that & was finally told it was approved by a supervisor the day of closing...so I neve gave up & went above to get the approval. I did whatever was necessary to get my 1st time buyer's in their home before their 1st baby was due 2 weeks later!
