We made an offer to buy a new home from this company and the agent never even took the offer to the builder. When we went to Mr. Jeffers to discuss the matter, he was very rude, cursed at us and told us to get out of his office. As we were walking out, he followed us spitting and yelling. Bizarre. We have never been treated so rudely at any business. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE- THEY ARE ROTTEN TO THE CORE, AND RANDY JEFFERS IS THE REASON WHY.

From the outset of dealing with Connie she has been unprofessional, unethical, and unbearable to deal with. She misrepresented the property, misrepresented the deal, failed to present legitimate offers to her client, was rude, and condescending. We put up with her only because we wanted to buy the house. Now, she has interfered with the closing of the house by misrepresenting to the Seller that he can sell the house and yet not move out or that he can just not sell the house and there is nothing the Buyer can do. Well, according to the Contract, the Buyer can do something and we will.
