We purchased a home in Alpine and have also had rental experience. We find Fay to be prompt, pleasant to deal with, perfectly honest and forthcoming and responsive to questions and needs. She is diligent at solving problems and a pleasure to work with. I doubt you will do better than Fay in any market and certainly not in Alpine.
