What year did you become a real estate agent?: 2009
How many years have you been in Real Estate?: This is my 1st year in Real Estate but have been in the housing industry for 14 years.
What is the average home price in your market?: My market is in the $300K range
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love to be a Real Estate Agent! I love to go into properties and help clients evaluate the needs for their family.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: I would have to say that my biggest challenge is that my family comes first. I do take one day off a week to give time to them. This is hard for some clients but I do have my priorities in line.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I went to list a foreclosure property, and in doing so, met the homeowners that were being foreclosed on. Before it was processed we were able to get them with a different lender and save the family money with a lower monthly loan amount and they were able to stay in their home. It was very satisfying to me to help them stay in their own home.
What is your best characteristic?: Joy to be around, energetic, caring, understand the many home constuction and building details to help my clients make a good decision in a home.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My father is a great inspiration to me. My wife inspires me every day to do my best.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Right here in Texas!
