This guy is a crook. Do not get mixed up with him under any circumstances. I don't know how he stays out of jail much less keeps a real estate license. He wont have it long after I get through with my lawsuit - or anything else for that matter.

I am wondering if sellers understand how terrible this real estate agent is before they list with him. I'm shocked that he actually has a license - more shocked that he has any business. He is unresponsive and impossible to get in touch with. Our agent has had an incredibly difficult time getting him to take any of the steps that are necessary for us to be able to buy a house that he is listing.

This is the worst agent I ever deal with. I try to call and email to buy the house he listing, but didn't get any response.I will give him an F-.

I just tried to call this agent to get information on a property and his voice mail is full. No other way to contact him. Cannot locate a website.

For weeks I have been trying to purchase a house with no return call. Multiple voice mails were left with this agent and he could never find time. I'm glad the housing market is so good that he can't take 2 minutes to return a call.

Several days ago, I emailed Mr. Guerrero regarding a house he has listed that we are ready to make an offer on and have tried to through our agent on more than one occasion. Our agent has not had response to either phone calls, or emails. I, also have not had a response to my email. How does this agent expect to sell anything. Why doesn't his office perhaps respond to our agent's inquiry???????? We are unable to use this agent in a transaction, as he does not answer attempts to contact!!!
