Good start, questionable finish.
The good: We where new to the area. She was patient and showed us many homes and neighborhoods. We found a house we liked. The bad: When it came time to negotiate, we wanted some things fixed on the house. She took our first couple of suggestions seriously, but on a roof problem, she said we where nitpicking. She said the sellers disclosure didn't mention it so there was no leak. We bought the house. During the first few days of ownership we had rain and the water came in. It accumulated on the ceiling and found it's way down and left a big puddle on the floor. I had to crawl into the attic and place trays to catch the rain. It seems this mess could have been avoided if she wasn't so anxious to close the deal.
Agree - Cheryl Campbell is a waste of time
We also had a bad experience with Ms. Campbell. She doe sno more than place a sign in your yard - never to be heard from again. Very untruthful and dishonest.
Worst Experience Ever!!
We used Cheryl to help us sell our home. She was horrible. She was lazy, getting her to communicate was like pulling teeth, and she was highly unprofessional and unethical. She actually lied to an agent who had a buyer with an offer, telling them she already had a contract in place with our home. This was so untrue. We had actually denied the contingency offer Cheryl was trying to talk us into taking. Her motive to this lie was to make the full 6% commission because her buyers did not have an agent. We fired her immediately. Do Not Even think about using her if you are trying to sell. She is a total waste of time and she will cost you $$!
