Challenges include staying abreast of the laws relating to real property transactions, mortgage features and options and tax effects.

I fnodly remember building a bannister on the front porch of a home for a Buyer Client so that the property qualified for an FHA mortgage. The Buyer was working long hours on his job. I just helped him avoid the long delay.

I listen closely to clients needs and wishes. Their goals become my goals.

Low Dobbs on CNN, whose fighting for the middle class inspires me to keep trying to build a better community.
