My husband and I actually didn't use Melissa as our realtor because we really felt that we could have done better elsewhere (and we did!). She was always late for appointments when we met her at the houses, and when she drove us around, it was in this big Yukon that smelled funny and was full of junk, papers, etc. Every time I got out of that thing, I was covered with dog hair to boot! We just didn't find her to be professional, not only the stuff above, but also her dress and the manner in which she carried herself. She was a little too "familiar" with us and it made us uncomfortable. Also, she didn't seem to be able to get along well with the other realtors, in fact, they didn't seem to take her seriously. We wanted someone who could get us what we wanted from the sellers, and we just felt like she wasn't capable of getting the job done. She may work for some people, but we were looking higher end and wanted someone more comfortable in that area. Thanks.
