- My most successful client story started in 2007. The clients had found a home in Clinton that they liked (on a hill over looking the Clinch River); offer made and contract accepted - oh, it was a foreclosure, VA loan and mobile home. After 9 months, loan approval, structural inspection, repairs and searching for a previous owner to clear title the property closed with happy homeowners, happy lender, happy listing agent and happy me (selling agent). Owner did not care remember it was foreclosure.
