I delight in helping people find that right home, especially the young first-time home buyers. And yes, I like the money, too.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Challenging! Challenging just makes me more determined to find the answer to the issue at hand. . . I don't give up easily.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My most successful client story started in 2007. The clients had found a home in Clinton that they liked (on a hill over looking the Clinch River); offer made and contract accepted - oh, it was a foreclosure, VA loan and mobile home. After 9 months, loan approval, structural inspection, repairs and searching for a previous owner to clear title the property closed with happy homeowners, happy lender, happy listing agent and happy me (selling agent). Owner did not care remember it was foreclosure.

Determination to do a good job in a professional manner.

Clients and customers

What is the best advice you ever received?
Have a good conscience; desiring to live honorably in every way. Hebrews 13:18

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Oak Ridge (East Tennessee)TN - where I now live because for 27 years this has been home. Now the home of my grandchildren.
