Tony came in and did a knock your socks off presentation as to what he was going to do to sell our home. Unfortunately he is not good at following through on what he presents. It took him a little over a week to correct our listing after we told him it was wrong, he had another homes photos with our home, and he admitted that neither he nor his assistant check the listings after posting. He did not follow through on most of the marketing commitments he made in the presentation, including the simple one like keeping the flyers up to date. He and his assistant were non responsive, and did not provide feedback on what was happening with our property. Not to mention he does not take calls after 5pm. We appreciate quality time with family .. but if you want a 9-5 real estate is not the right career. Needless to say , After 60 days we let him go.

Margarette was very helpful in my home buying process and even helped me with cleaning up my credit by contacting the compaines,making settlements/etc. I was able to get in a home that I loved at a price that I could afford to pay. I would recommed her to anybody. The process went smooth and I am very pleased with her servives.

Mr. Battle exhibited a high level of competency. My duplex was listed on the 18th of October 2009 and I closed on October 30th. I would definitely do business with him again.

Paul Aponte aka Osama Aponte is the worst land/ Slumlord ever!... our refridgerator died and spoiled all of our food, i told that old jackass about it and 5 days later it was replaced..... great. when i moved in I found 2 used crack pipes in my bathroom closet... YES CRACK PIPES!!! There is a huge mouse/roach infestation in our apartment. the AC unit barely works doesnt get colder than 77degrees in the summer. basicly aponte is a worthless old dickhead that I DO NOT reccomend renting from....

I rented an apartment through Don and it was an awful experience. The home was not ready on the agreed upon date. We were missing a Fridge and a stove. The wall of the shower fell apart from the mold behind the wall. Their were holes inside the walls that went into the crawl space under the house that mice used to enter the home. This man is a slum lord and should be avoided at all cost.
