- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Mostly, I love "the thrill of the hunt!" I love to find great homes and match them up with the perfect right person. I am passionate about houses, and people! I love getting to know all of the people I get to work with!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Right now, in this economy, folks are having a harder time getting financing. Obviously, this makes it harder for us Real Estate professionals to get the home sold!

- I was able to negotiate a couple of short sales this past year, for clients who really needed to sell. Although the banks are difficult to work with, I was able to get it done, preventing my seller/homeowner from going into foreclosure

- There are so many.....LOL.....My enthusiasm and honesty are my top 2 traits

- Hard question....Probably consistenly--My 3 dogs!
