Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Yes, many new condo developments downtown, and Nashville is still a great market with very little depreciation in this economic hard time!
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Mostly, I love "the thrill of the hunt!" I love to find great homes and match them up with the perfect right person. I am passionate about houses, and people! I love getting to know all of the people I get to work with!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Right now, in this economy, folks are having a harder time getting financing. Obviously, this makes it harder for us Real Estate professionals to get the home sold!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I was able to negotiate a couple of short sales this past year, for clients who really needed to sell. Although the banks are difficult to work with, I was able to get it done, preventing my seller/homeowner from going into foreclosure
What is your best characteristic?
There are so many.....LOL.....My enthusiasm and honesty are my top 2 traits
Who or what inspires you the most?
Hard question....Probably consistenly--My 3 dogs!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Live like today is all there is......
