When I first contacted Marcie, we had our home listed for several months without any real prospects and she came and met with me and my husband. At first we didn’t know what to think because we had listened to another agent for months and Marcie came in and told us the facts straight and upfront. She told us if we wanted to sell our home we had to make some changes and sooner rather than later. She took control and had a stager come in and rearrange our home. They de-cluttered our home and had it repainted and within weeks we had a full price offer. We were finally able to move out of state and were so grateful for her truthfulness. Her marketing is superior to any other agent – anywhere. She even made a special business card just for our home and asked us to give these to people that we knew that might be looking for a home.
