Selling agent

We made the mistake of listing our house with Brady. Things were bad from the beginning. He didn't get the listing in when he said he did, and when he finally did, it had incorrect information. It then took awhile for him to correct that info. He also lied to us twice about putting an open house ad in The Tennessean. I contacted the newspaper to find out why the ads weren't in the paper, and they had no record of an ad being placed. I had to contact him to get feedback from agents who had shown our home, and every time it took at least 2 or 3 days for him to respond to me. I felt like I could've done a better job trying to sell my house than he did. I thought the purpose of hiring an agent is that they do the work--I know I did more work than he did. It wasn't like he was inundated with listings--he only had one besides ours. We ultimately dropped him, and got another agent with KW who was wonderful and totally took control.
