I was a first time home buyer and Stephanie really put the extra time and effort into helping get the best house for my $$ and keep me in check when searching out of my price range. I have referred her to about 6 of my friends who have all been equally as pleased. She has shown the same dedication to folks whether they are buying a $90,000 home or a $590,000 home and I definitely give her props for her ability to see potential in looked-over properties and her sharp eye for detail and character. She is sensible and practical yet can appreciate a buyer's ridiculous requests, which I'm sure a'many come her way. Again, being a first timer, i needed baby steps and over-explanations of everything and she was extremely patient with me, my questions, my frustrations, over-excitements and desire for good location. I have now used her twice and will continue to use her as long as I'm in this area. I recommend her 100%...again and again!

I recentyly used Keri as my real estate agent and she was amazing. She stayed within the limits I asked and never pushed me to look at the higher end homes on my budget. She was always curtious and very patient. When I finially found the house I wanted, she had everything prepared and stayed on top of things. All I had to do was sign papers and show up at the closing. It was extremly stress free! I would recommend her to anybody of any budget.
