It is the little things that my clients have done for me over the years that stand out. The Thank You Notes, the phone calls and the kind gesture etc mean so much. In this business it is totally unexpected and definetly not called for.

I work by the "Golden Rule". I treat others the way I wanted to be treated.

The person that has found a "balance" in life. They are able to be successfull in work and in their personal relationships.

Always be a good listener! Sometimes in this business you have to REALLY listen to what your clients are telling you. What they are saying and what they mean can be totally different.
