- I DO LOSS MITIGATION AND EVICTIONS, SO I SEE ALOT OF FAMILIES LOST THEIR HOMES AND JUST TO HEAR AND TO FEEL WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH IT MAKES ME FEEL SAD AND I USUALLY CRY ALONG WITH THEM (MOST OF THE TIME I HELP THEM GET INTO ANOTHER HOME EITHER RENTING OR LEASE PURCHASING)

- HAD A SINGLE FATHER WITH 3 CHILDREN AGES 7 AND UNDER! THAT WANTED TO BUY A HOUSE FOR HIS CHILDREN COULD HAVE A YARD TO PLAY IN THEY HAVE LIVED IN NEW YORK IN APARTMENT FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND HE WAS RELOCATING HERE! HIS CREDIT WAS NOT IN GREAT CONDITION! I FOUND HIM A LENDER THAT MADE HIS DREAMS COME TRUE AND NOW HIS FAMILY ARE LIVING IN A FOUR BEDROOM HOME ON ACRE LOT!
