Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: My biggest joy comes from the excitement in my Buyers when they have found the home they have been searching for through my help.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: I find the challenge of kicking the stereotype of the "Used car dealer" that all Realtors face. I am honest, trustworthy, and faithful to my clients.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I have had many differant clients during my time as a Realtor. I have represented many out of state clients. One in particular is a lady from Denver. She met me through an online site. I called her, started developing a relationship to help her to find investment properties. She had come to town and we looked at lots of different homes. Before I knew it we had become fast friends. Thats one of the perks of my career. The ability to grow friendships though my business is a real blessing.
What is your best characteristic?: I feel the best characteristic I have is listening to what my customers and clients needs and wants are. Second, I am able to get along well with others.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My inspiration comes from with in. I like to read and I take in the world around me by watching how others interact.
What is the best advice you ever received?: My Mother always told me to "be sweet". That is what I do.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Beach side.
