my experience with this agent ?, i would never ever rent from her again, every time we have a maintence problemat our house she is so rude and condescending. we had our heat go our last winter and we called her and she made us wait 48 hrs to get it fixed and it was below 32 outside. i would advise everyone to stay away from this lady. cant believe remax allows someone so hateful to work with them. we will certainly be finding a new landlord at the end of our lease

Bobby Wood has to be one of the most unethical real estate agents in TN. We recently purchased a house in Mount Juliet TN using another REMAX agent and during the purchase process we had to change lenders due to the new restrictions on brokers. During our lender change Bobby put another purchase contract on the house with a closing date set during our contract period. He tried everything he could to get the seller to cancel our contract and go with his buyers. We did make good on our contract, and we purchased the house but the deal was almost killed by these two agents fighting with each other. In SHORT STAY AWAY FROM REMAX AND DO NOT USE BOBBY WOOD.
