Mr. Jones is a go getter. He ask very direct questions. With brookfield (and every other agency) you do have to meet certain qualifications. If dont have a really job (ie taxable income) please dont waste your breath, if you have a job and are steady in your life then he is more then happy to help you! He did a GREAT job with me. I will always use Mr. Jones to find my family a home!

We loved working with Minetry; she is a true professional. Our transaction was very smooth. To top it off, we had fun! She is one of the funniest people we have ever met.

John is a professional mind reader. He does not really listen to his clients, he distracts them. I bought my home with him as a buyers agent on signed docs, but it was me doing all the work. He will say whatever is needed to get the deal done. Not only was my transaction with my first home terrible due to his lack of attributions, but it made my husband and me feel like cattle. He seems too occupied with quantity service instead of quality service. Also, do NOT use his closing atty The Bradley Law Firm, they are very shady and unorganized.

Do not even consider this guy.

Joe promises alot in the beginning, but does not follow through when making repairs, updates, or additions. We leased to purchase in Dec 09 with the agreement to purchase Dec 2010. None of our agreed repairs were completed. Windows were attached backwards, our "garage" fell in, and the plumber used by Joe had no idea how to install the dishwasher or fix our pipes when frozen. Joe would agree to visit us then never show up. Please save yourself trouble and work with someone else.

ShaJuan sold my home when the economy was down. She was very aggressive and followed up to all of my request. Even though, I didn't get the list price because it appraised at a lower amount, I am still happy she got it sold. Repairs were needed after the home inpspection and she had a recommended crew that was ready to get the job done!
