- The average home price in the market I service ranges from $175,000 and up.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy working with the details of the transaction. It is not only important to sell or locate a property; but to do so with a clear picture of the financial implications for my client. My many years and advanced education within the finance industry is an added plus for all of my clients. It is my pleasure to work and ensure my clients are pleased with the entire transactional process.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Today, the most challenging issue is simply maintaining a positive attitude and exercising patience for the benefit of my client. In the past if a home were priced propertly and was properly presented I could sell a home very quickly. Today, due to the large amount of home inventory I must be very creative and work to uniquely present each home. There is not a cookie cutter format to selling property so careful planning is necessary for each property.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One of my proudest moments would be working with one of my first high end properties. As this was several years ago I was delighted to have the opportunity to list such a beautiful property. I outlined a very detailed marketing plan for this property and accessed all of my resources in the community. I was determined to have a qualified buyer for this property and fast. Well all of my efforts paid off and I was not only able to bring in a great buyer for the listing but was able to efficiently coordinate the transaction which allowed my clients to completely close on this transaction weeks sooner than expected.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My best characteristic is that I am very consistent and organized. You can not be anything less in the business of real estate and financial services.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am greatly inspired by all of the participants involved with real property transactions. It takes really a team of professionals to facilate one successful outcome.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice I have received is to never stop learning. It does not matter if times are good or bad; continuing to learn and develop your skills will always be of benefit to you and the people you service.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I have traveled quite a bit; but I am always happy to return home to the great state of Tennessee.
