John & his team where very professional & great people to hear from on the progress of selling our home. It is a tough market right now & I didn't expect to sell my home as quickly as we did. John called me personally to let me know that the offer was on the table & when it was a done deal.

John is a professional mind reader. He does not really listen to his clients, he distracts them. I bought my home with him as a buyers agent on signed docs, but it was me doing all the work. He will say whatever is needed to get the deal done. Not only was my transaction with my first home terrible due to his lack of attributions, but it made my husband and me feel like cattle. He seems too occupied with quantity service instead of quality service. Also, do NOT use his closing atty The Bradley Law Firm, they are very shady and unorganized.

I was very pleased with John Quinn's service. I called John after receiving a postcard from him when my last agent didn't sell my house. He came over to my house and was very direct with me about what my house was really worth. I was impressed with his professionalism and frankness. I was a little bit intimidated because I'm a widow and normally don't handle business decisions. However I could tell that John really cared about mea and making sure I was able to sell my house after having a bad experience last time. After discussing the price with John, we spoke about the guarantee program. I decided not to go that way and had him list my house without the guarantee program. It took about two and a half months before I sold my house. That was pretty good considering how bad the market is right now. I really want to thank John's staff for all the help they gave me while I waited to sell. They are really nice and were always there for me. I was really impressed how John runs his business, it is really professional and he and his assistants are very warm and friendly. Thank you John Quinn for helping me.

I had an incredible experience using John Quinn as my agent. He sold my house in only a few weeks after it had been listed by another agent for 6 months. Mark Guest is a great Real Estate salesman. He is honest as the day is long. Has an out going personality. Everyone should use him for selling or buying a home! If anyone said any different are lying.

Yes, be aware of those ads!!! Mr. Quinn will NOT buy your house when he does NOT sell your house. It's totally a lie and a waste of your time having him as your agent.

Be very careful to select him as your agent especially if you've received post-card stated that he will buy your house if he does sell your. Make sure you get this in writing because he DOESN'T honor this own word/ad that he put out. Don't be like us!!! Make sure you get it in writing if you are planning on using him as your agent!!! He is very much NOT trustworthy!!!
