- Trying to stay in touch with my clients once the deal is closed.It seems like what ever you do it's not enough.I need to really keep my marketing level up .

- I sold a new listing in 30min. I was at the computer putting it in the MLS, and I told one of my fellow agents about it she took her buyers bye and came back to the office 20min later with an offer.I faxed it to the seller who was out of town got it back 10min. later (Gone in 30min.)

- I love people I am a true people person and I love to talk but I also know when to listen.

- My broker he is always encouraging me to challege my self and do better.
