Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy meeting new people, establishing lasting relationships with them all while consulting and negotiating the best deal for them.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: The national economy.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Over the past ten years I have had many stories but I like converting renters or first time buyers into homeowners. Most first time home buyers are shock by how easy it is to actually buy when you have the right consultants around them, ,including mortgage lenders and closing attorneys.
What is your best characteristic?: Honesty.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My family gives me tremendous inspiration. They are my reason for working so hard and always be honest and straight forward with my clients.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Consider yourself as the CEO of you and your business.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: On the beach.
