Mr. Jones is a go getter. He ask very direct questions. With brookfield (and every other agency) you do have to meet certain qualifications. If dont have a really job (ie taxable income) please dont waste your breath, if you have a job and are steady in your life then he is more then happy to help you! He did a GREAT job with me. I will always use Mr. Jones to find my family a home!

Recently, while searching for a home in the Memphis area, I met Les through phone contact. He went to incredible lengths to find me a home. I was not able to accept the home due to other job arrangements, but would definitely recommend Les for his attitude, willingness, and understanding with my circumstance, and would love an opportunity to work with him again when I am finally able to get to the Tn. area. Don't waste your time
I would not recommend Les Jones to assist you with purchasing a home from Brook Field. If you are looking for a lease purchase he will lie and state that they will report your monthly rent to help your credit score so that BrookField can help your credit get better. He also doesn't know what condition the homes are in, and Brookfield does 2nd hand repairs. Please look into a trustworthy company these people are con artists that claim to be Christians running a good business!

We are extremely dissatisfied about our dealings with Les Jones, Mr. Boone AND Brookfield Properties. If you will google, MISERABLE IN MEMPHIS. you will read only a small portion of our nightmare experience.

Mr.Jones is very polite, yet very professional. he answers questions as he is asked never trying to out talk you. he will wait on your response, after he gives you an answer to your concerns. then he will try to make you feel at ease about the transaction that is taking place. he was a joy to work with and I will recommend his services to anyone I know that is looking for a home.
