Beth Lamey buy a previous house with Sheryl Wells and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I bought a Beazer home thru Sheryl & she is a huge liar. She will tell you everything you want to hear to sell you a home. She comes off very nice & very interested in your needs - she needs to know your needs so she can lie to you. Many others in my neighborhood experienced the same **** from her also. Until you buy the house, she answers her phone on the first ring, once you sign those papers you always get her voicemail.
