Adam M. Guarino buy a previous house with Albert K Berthouex and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
As manager of a small marketing company in the BRG Building, my experience was terrible. Albert K. Berthouex is a cheat and a scam. I was only 19 years of age at the time of our relationship, so he felt that he could walk all over me. He did things like refused to return my security deposit to me for no reason when I payed my rent in full before ever setting up my business.(and really, there was no reason) That security deposit was quite a bit of money for someone trying to pay his way through college. I would say more but I'm running out of character space, so I'll leave you with, DON'T LET THIS SCAMMER GET YOU LIKE HE GOT ME!!!
